Using this site and its episodes
Short, because this site sells nothing, has no accounts and takes no submissions.
What these episodes are
General information about how hidden water leaks are found, based on the working knowledge of ADI Leak Detection's engineers. They describe how the work is normally done.
What they are not
They are not advice about your property. No episode has seen your building, your pipework or your damp patch, and none of them can tell you where your leak is or what it will cost to fix. If you act on something you heard here and it turns out not to apply to your situation, that is the limit of what a podcast can do.
Nothing here is legal advice either. Several episodes discuss access to leasehold properties and what a landlord, leaseholder or managing agent can and cannot do. That is a description of how these situations usually play out in practice, not a statement of your rights. For those, take proper advice.
This site covers water leak detection only. Nothing on it is advice about gas.
